Agreeing to our rules

When you register, log in or play with us, you accept our terms in full. Taking part in a promotion also means you accept the rules of that offer. If you do not agree, please stop using the casino.

Who can play

You need to be 18 or older, or older still if your home country sets a higher gambling age. Online gambling is not allowed everywhere, and you are responsible for checking that playing with us is lawful where you live. Trying to get around location checks can lead to your account being closed.

Your account

• Each player may hold one active account in their own name, and we pay winnings only to that account holder.
• Keep your login details private. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your details.
• Before a payout we may ask for photo ID, proof of address, proof that the payment method is yours and, where needed, proof of where your funds come from.

Deposits and withdrawals

You need to play each deposit through one time before we can pay out a withdrawal. Where we can, we send money back by the method you used to deposit, and any request can be checked before it is approved. While a withdrawal is waiting, no bonuses, cashback or manual credits are added. Refunds never exceed what you deposited, and money you owe is taken off first. A chargeback or disputed payment can lead us to limit or close the account and cancel balances and winnings.

Bonuses and fair play

We can cancel a bonus when it is abused, when a technical weakness is exploited or when low-risk betting patterns are used. Shared accounts, bots, group play, false documents and attempts to manipulate games are not allowed and can lead to closure and lost winnings. We expect respectful language towards our team and other players.

Games and records

Game results come from our random number generator and are final. If your connection drops, the last result is shown when you return, and a wager our server did not record leaves your balance unchanged. Our server records settle any disagreement.

Dormant and closed accounts

An account with no logins or bets for six months in a row counts as inactive, and any balance left on it is removed. You can ask us to close your account at any time once nothing is outstanding, and we may close an account that breaks these rules.
